GT Zen Calendar
Monthly 3rd Saturday Meditation Retreats
Please arrive early to settle in before the starting bell. You are welcome to take breaks
as needed. Cushions, chairs, and meditation benches are provided, or bring your own.
Snacks provided following the retreat. Registration fee is $20 and supports the offerings of the GT Zen
Community and the UUCGT.

9:00 am: Starting Bell, meditation instruction, and zazen (sitting meditation)
9:40 am: Kinhin (slow walking meditation)
9:50 am: Zazen
10:30 am: Kinhin
10:40 am: Zazen
11:20 am: Kinhin
11:30 am: Zazen
12:00 pm: Closing bell and dedication of merit
12:15 pm: Snacks

7:05 pm: First Tuesday of each month, dharma talk.
Subsequent Tuesdays, book study: Embracing Mind, The Zen Talks of Kobun Chino Otogawa.
7:50 pm: Closing and clean up.
